Sea Cadets are young Americans who always choose adventure, seek challenges, and step outside of their comfort zones. Supported by the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard through the Navy League, cadets train on military installations in a variety of fields proving that Greatness Has No Age.

*DRILLS
What skills are instilled to cadets?
Marching:
A major part of basic military training, marching is introduced to cadets in a manner that promotes discipline and perseverance. Cadets are taught systems of drill commands.
Military knowledge classes:
Classes range between various aspects of military life. Topics can range from specific fields of jobs offered in the services, such as EOD or Corpsmen, to skillsets needed in the services, such as Flagship or Morse code.
Guest Speakers:
Guest speakers ranging from active military personnel, reservists, and recruiters visit drills to speak about their experience or knowledge of the military. Cadets interact directly with mentors who describe their first hand experiences in the services, or receive aid in furthering their military carriers.
PT:
PT is physical training through the form of games and conditioning that is built into every drill. It is important for cadets to maintain a level of physical fitness for their PRT, or physical readiness test. The PRT consists of 60 seconds of push-ups, a mile run, and planks.
